What is TPJ Web Reports?
The TPJ Web Report is a live data web report environment. TPJ Web Report is
specifically designed for support personnel to assist Clients with locating laboratory
results and general support issues. Whether you are assisting Clients to determine
orders received or the status of results returned, TPJ Web Reports makes it simple
to provide up to the instant information to your Clients.
TPJ Web Reports provide support personnel with live data information in an easy
to read format that is Client specific due to search and selection options, email
capable, printable and secure with login and log-off parameters.
TPJ Web Reports can be completely customized to suit your specific requirements,
database, and reporting structure.

Viewing Requirements

TPJ Web Reports Navigation
Web Report Navigation Structure TPJ Web Report Navigation structure is specifically
designed to be easy to navigate and no special technology training to use.

Navigating the TPJ Web Reports
For a successful TPJ Web Reports session, please adhere to the following steps:
Log In /Log Off
TPJ Web Reports provides a secure web environment by providing log in capabilities.To
log in to TPJ Web Reports enter your user id and password, and click the log in
button. If you have entered your user log in and password incorrectly you
will be automatically sent to a fail log in page. If you have entered your
user name and password correctly you will be automatically sent to the database
overview section.
User Names and Passwords
To obtain your user name and password contact your database administrator or technical
support.
Fail Log In
If you enter in a User ID or Password that is incorrect you will be automatically
sent to a fail log in page. To return to the log in page, click the please
try again link.
Database Overview
The Database Overview display each table name included in the TPJ Web Report.To
view the headings on each table, click on the arrow for the drop down menu to view
table headings.To view table definition, click on the definition button and a pop-up
window will appear with the selected table definition,To go to the specific search
page, click on the name of the table, any of the heading, or the go button you will
be automatically sent to the selected search page.
Search/Select Criteria
The TPJ Web Reports is equipped with search capabilities.To activate the search
parameters, click either on the specific link in green or click on the arrow on
the drop down menu and then the search button.To view a table definition of the
specific tables click on the table definition link and a pop up menu will appear
with the selected table definition.
Next, First, Last, Previous
TPJ Web Reports navigation includes next, first, last and previous links.
To view the next set of records, click on the next button located in the top right
hand corner of the page.To view the first set of records, click on the first button
located in the top right hand corner of the page. Each record is client specific
with next, previous, first, and last links available. However, these links
are client specific meaning that the links are organized to show the next record
for that client, the previous record for that client, the first record for that
client, and the last link for that client .Follow the same instructions for each
appropriate link.
Table Definitions
Table Definitions are provided for each Table Report. To view these definitions,
click on the table link located in the top right hand corner. A pop up window
will appear with the corresponding table definitions. For illustration of
specific definitions, please refer to the table database section.
Table Reports
TPJ Web Reports displays a live data table report for selected search criteria.All
data that is displayed is live. To view the up to the instant results, click
refresh on your browser and the page will automatically upload the most current
information available from the server.
Log Off
To end your session with TPJ Web Report, please click on the log off link, you will
be sent to the log off page that will display a message stating you are currently
logged off of the Web Report.
To log back on the TPJ Web Reports click on the home link located in the top right
corner.
Database Capabilities
Live Database Overview TPJ
Web Reports is a fully functional live database report web environment. This
means the information (data) that is displayed on the report page is up to the instant
accurate. To view updated data just refresh your browser and any changes in
data will now be displayed.
Live Data Results Format
TPJ Web Reports live data is displayed in a table format. Each table is displayed
on a separate web page with each heading for the table clearly displayed.Each record
is client specific with next, previous, first, and last links available. However,
these links are client specific meaning that the links are organized to show the
next record for that client, the previous record for that client, the first record
for that client, and the last link for that client.To view another client report,
click the search button; select the appropriate information, and the search button.
You will be automatically sent to a new report table page specific to your selection
Table Overview
The table definitions for the TPJ Web Reports are as follows:
Client Table This table defines the clients who may access the database. Each
is defined with in the database as a unique number code.
Count History
This table will include all transaction counts from each client by month.
This will include both Production and Text environments.
Error Codes
This table is the master file of all error codes to be recorded in the LOGFILE
Log File
This table is the record of all processing steps taken within your orders interface.
Each step that a message takes is recorded here.
Order Master
This table contains all orders received and is used to match with the outgoing results.
Result Master
This table contains all outgoing results and is matched with the orders and patients
Email Capabilities
Email on Explorer TPJ Web Report is a web environment viewable on Microsoft Internet
Explorer.To send an email utilizing Microsoft Internet Explorer. Click on the mail
button located on the top bar of the browser, scroll down to send a page, and send
enter the email address. An email will be sent with the page that you have
displayed to the email recipient.TPJ

How to Print a Report
To print a report from
the Emulator Web Report click on the print button located on the top bar on the
browser and the screen that you are currently viewing will print.
